One of the toughest things about college fantasy is knowing how to balance the bigger-name players from Power 5 teams and the lesser-known players from Group of 5 schools. Many will default to the Big 10 or SEC player they’re more familiar with, but as you’ll see below, there are plenty of high-quality contributors from all over the country.
The SEC is still king of the hill, though, as it leads the way with 38 players in the top 200. It’s followed by the Big 10 (25), ACC (24), Big 12 (20), Pac-12 (18), MAC (16), Sun Belt (15), AAC (15), Mountain West (12), and Conference USA (9). There are also eight players from Independent schools on the list.
