Among the top tight ends, Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer, aka Baby Gronk, have been highly drafted in mock drafts leading up to the season. To land one of these two, you’ll need to invest a third- or fourth-round pick – certainly abnormal for a tight end!

Potential breakout players include one of the highest rated tight end recruits of all-time, Arik Gilbert. He’ll line up with Bowers, as two-TE sets could be a staple of the Georgia offense in 2022. Staying in the SEC, Michael Trigg and Jaheim Bell both had incredible performances in spring and will be featured in their respective offenses.
